Friday 26th April 2019
Hotel check-in is from 1:00pm, and refreshments will be provided at an informal meet & greet and registration from 2:30pm. This will be followed by the first session at 4:30pm, followed by dinner at 7:30pm and and a "Jazz Club Style" Jam session from 9.30pm - midnight, with a private bar until 1:00am.

Saturday 27th April 2019
Saturday's full day sessions start after breakfast at 10.00am, where you will be guided through some exciting big band arrangements, ensemble playing and improvisation techniques. Following lunch, the afternoon session will focus on ensemble playing and improvisation sessions by Steve Waterman and Alan Barnes.

Following the afternoon coffee and refreshment break, will be a further big band session until 7.30pm, followed by a well earned dinner - and you’ve guessed it, another jam session into the late hours, with the opportunity for you to play alongside Steve Waterman and Alan Barnes. Don’t forget to bring along your favourite charts!

Sunday 28th April 2019 Sunday’s sessions begin at 10:00, immediately after breakfast. There’s a mid-morning coffee break, and a Sunday lunch is provided between 1:00 - 2:00pm.

The weekend concludes at 4:30pm following the final afternoon session.

Partners & Fiends
You may of course bring someone to enjoy the weekend with you, join in the catering and hotel facilities, but they will not be able to take part in the tuition sessions.
